Fitness Pilates 6 Week Core & Back Strength Course

If you’re living with persistent, niggling back pain and feel like your core is weak join me to build your core and improve your back strength in my 6 week Fitness Pilates course in Whetstone.

The course is designed to build all over strength including your deep core, and as we use weights on each limb the moves mimic a reformer Pilates session ensuring we get the most out of each move.
It is a low impact, low intensity session that works your entire body.

With the recent boom in reformer Pilates, this is an achievable and cost effective alternative without the need for bulky equipment meaning I can teach it and you can access it almost anywhere
In the sessions you will use hand and ankle weights (optional) so you can really focus on building strength in your midsection.
